Shipping Policy:Shipping is generally through USPS, unless you have chosen a different carrier. Rates are determined by the weight and destination of the shipment and will appear after the address is entered.
Orders over $125 will be shipped at no charge to you unless expedited shipping is selected. Standard shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive after production days. Two day shipping and overnight shipping are available for an extra fee, determined by the shipping entity.
Orders must be received by noon CST for any rush shipping to be sent overnight or two day shipping, and a rush fee will be applied. Please call for any rush shipping.
Once an item has left our studio, and been stated as "delivered" by the carrier, Monogramme No. 29 is no longer responsible for that item. We wish we could control all aspects of the delivery of our items, but we cannot. If your package shows that it has been delivered by the carrier, we encourage you to file a claim with your carrier that you have chosen.
Any items that are returned to Monogramme No. 29 will be at the customers expense.
