Packages that are returned back to us due to an invalid address can be reshipped at customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges. Custom Grillz Orders: Your finished grillz ship for a flat $9.99, free on orders over $400, and typically arrive within 2-4 business days once complete. Production typically takes 3-5 weeks from the time production begins on your usable molds, varying by style. Depending on your region and order value, we ship via USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) or FedEx, whichever delivers your piece safely and on time. Refund policy Returns & Refunds Policy At Custom Gold Grillz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you. To Start a Return *Please call us at (415) 413-4915 or email support@customgoldgrillz.com with your order number and a brief description of the return.* Custom Grillz (Made to Order): Customers are responsible for providing us with a good mold impression. Our grillz are custom made to exactly fit the impressions we receive. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided production has not started. Orders older than 60 days are no longer eligible for refunds and will only qualify for store credit. If you chose to cancel your order before sending back your molds, you will be refunded minus the shipping fee paid (if any) and the $30 mold kit fee (if you paid for mold kits). If you chose to cancel your order after sending back your mold impressions, there is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If we do not receive usable mold impressions within 60 days of the order date, the order will no longer qualify for a refund and will only qualify for store credit.
