Yes, we can ship to your country!

To find out the cost to ship, simply add items to your cart, provide your shipping address and it will calculate for you.

Some items are not available to ship internationally.

When Can I Expect My Order, Shipping to a Country Outside of the US?International shipping times are longer for some countries. If it has been 45 days since your order shipped and there are no new tracking updates provided by the carrier, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We do collect duties and taxes at checkout for orders shipping to the UK.

We do not collect VAT at checkout for EU countries, so expect to be billed for any relevant import taxes through the customs authority in your own country. Keep an eye out for notices from your local customs office once your order ships.

We can't help you with customs and duty taxes on your end as these vary per country and are not within our control. If you are worried about this please order from a local company or check to see your country's tax rules.

You can initiate a return by logging in to your Sarah's Silks account portal.

Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Seconds items and gift cards are non-refundable - if you have any issues with your Seconds item or bag, you can reach out to our Customer Care team directly at info@sarahssilks.com

•Large wooden toys are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

•All returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached and intact.

•Warehouse sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

•Customers are responsible for paying shipping for returns.

•Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.

•Orders placed with store credit or gift card can only be refunded in store credit.

•If you wish to return your order based on a damaged or missing item, please reach out to customer care info@sarahssilks.com rather than initiating a return through your online account.

•Any issues or discrepancies with your order must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the order's delivery.
