Our delivery and shipping policy ensures that you receive your products in a timely manner while also offering clear communication throughout the shipping process. Shipping Process

Once you place an order with GoBazz, we process the payment and begin the shipping process. All orders are subject to payment approval and stock availability.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS (depending on your preference) detailing the items purchased and the total amount.

Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a payment confirmation. The confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS within 24 hours after payment verification.

Delivery Process

After payment confirmation, we initiate the shipping process. The delivery process is as follows:

Local Shipping: For domestic orders within Bahrain, we aim to ship your order within 2-5 business days.

International Shipping: For international orders, delivery may take between 7-15 business days depending on the destination country.

Delivery Fees: Delivery charges may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Free Delivery is available for orders over a certain amount (please check the checkout page for the free delivery conditions).

Note: Delivery fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Method: We partner with reliable courier services for delivery, ensuring that your order reaches you safely. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Proof of Delivery

Please keep the proof of delivery receipt that is signed or confirmed by the registered customer as a record. This proof serves as confirmation that the order was delivered to the correct address and received by the designated recipient.

OFAC Sanctions and Legal Compliance

GoBazz complies with international laws and regulations regarding sanctions and exports. We do NOT provide services or products to any countries under the sanctions of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in accordance with the laws of Bahrain.

Multiple Transactions and Cardholder Statement

Please be aware that multiple transactions may result in multiple postings on your cardholder's monthly statement. Each transaction made on your card will be processed separately and appear individually.

Payment Confirmation – Services

Payment Gateway: All payments for products or services are securely processed through our international payment gateway provider. Payments are handled through secure connections to ensure that your data is kept safe.

Payment Confirmation Delivery: Once the payment is verified, a payment confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to cancel orders for countries where the delivery service is unavailable or restricted.

Change in Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Return: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

•Returns should be sent to: Flat 22 - Building 93 - Road 13 - Block 711 - Tubli, Kingdom of Bahrain.

•We will provide a return shipping label if your return is accepted, and you will receive instructions on how to return your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

We understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled or replaced. Our Cancellation & Replacement Policy allows you to cancel or replace your order under the following conditions:

Cancellation Conditions:

The wrong product was sent by GoBazz.

The product is defective or malfunctioning.

The product was damaged during shipping.

The item was not delivered on the agreed time.

Timeframe for Reporting: You must notify us about the need for cancellation or replacement within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. We will process the cancellation or replacement as quickly as possible.

Replacement: If a replacement is requested, we will ensure that the correct product is shipped to you after we receive the returned product. The replacement process may take 3-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy for Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (like perishable goods, custom items, and hazardous materials) are not eligible for cancellation or return, as per our return policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@gobazz.com . We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order. Once your return is accepted, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For products shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

•Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 45 business days, depending on the issuing bank of your credit card.

•Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gobazz.com .

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email or SMS. The time taken for the confirmation may vary depending on the payment provider.

Legal Compliance

GoBazz complies with the laws of Bahrain and will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any countries under the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions.
