Free Delivery: Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.

Standard Delivery: For orders below £50, a delivery charge of £3.99 will apply.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Areas:

We only offer delivery to mainland UK, at this time we are unable to deliver to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man or BFPO. We are new and still learning, as our experience grows in UK delivery, we will endeavour to expand our capabilities.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

At Thought Beanz, we want you to be a 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping:
