1st or 2nd class UK Delivery We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.We offer Royal Mail First Class delivery for those requiring quicker delivery just upgrade at checkout. Once your order has been posted we cannot take responsibility for delivery times by Royal Mail services.

International Delivery. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard Delivery and takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. WE ADVISE UPGRADING TO THE TRACKED OPTION.

Refunds Terms & Conditions We hope that you will love your purchase but if you are not completely happy we will accept returns and will offer an exchange or refund. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If you would like to arrange a return to please email us at mamabearandcubs@hotmail.com qu oting your name, order number and information on the item being returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that postage costs (original and return) will NOT be refunded.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on teething & weaning items due to health & hygiene reasons

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
