UPS only guarantees on-time delivery for Next Day Air service. All other services (UPS & USPS) are estimated delivery dates, and as such any delays caused by the carrier are not eligible for refunds on the shipping paid at checkout.

Shipping rates for International orders (outside the US) may vary depending on the destination, and this will be calculated at the checkout page. The rate is calculated base on destination, size and weight of our products.

Expedited shipping for International orders (outside the US) may be available for certain products and the rate will also be calculated based on destination, size and weight of our products at the checkout page.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, reach out to us at hello@smokeshowsmoker.com and we’ll see what we can do to make things right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we may make exceptions to this, but we can offer partial returns on bundle products that are unused and in original condition.

If a product is ordered to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer, and is not corrected prior to shipping, we can offer a refund or replacement only in the case that the package is refused by the recipient and returned to us. Smokeshow is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

All purchases must be inspected by the customer within 14 days of delivery to ensure all items ordered were received. If there is a problem after the 14 days, the customer must notify of an issue via email ( hello@smokeshowsmoker.com ) and we will solve all issues on a case by case basis.

Refunds cannot be offered on orders that were marked delivered by the carrier and later lost or stolen, unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. Email us at hello@smokeshowsmoker.com , and we’ll do what we can to resolve any issues. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Each return will be looked at upon a case by case basis.
