If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Koalakits36 currently ship to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany. Should there be any specific countries/regions un-deliverable by our shipping agents, we will contact buyer via Email and arrange refund.

The unit price does not contain shipping fee; shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you place an order according to your detailed address.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and later your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Koalakits packages are shipped first by sea then via DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT to door. You could contact your local DHL/UPS/ FedEx/TNT for further shipping information. The estimated delivery time is 15-20 days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
