Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, including processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays and peak seasons can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $10.00. Orders of $50.00 or more ship free.

How we ship

AtlasBay works with fulfilment partners who hold stock in United States warehouses, so your order ships domestically.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are never charged extra for this.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking information can take 1–2 days to become active after dispatch. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email atlasbay.support@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at atlasbay.support@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you in full.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at atlasbay.support@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of return shipping. If you have changed your mind, return shipping is at your own expense.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A photo is usually enough for us to resolve it without you posting anything back.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earphones and in-ear devices, personal grooming and shaving items, underwear and swimwear, or any item whose seal has been broken. We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
