For purchases made with our store returns are accepted within a 14 Day period from receipt of delivery. Please reach out to our team at customerservice@thepinkpalm.com with your order number and we will try to process your return as soon as possible.

Once an order has been approved for a return, a return fee will be assessed depending on quantity of items and location. The return fee is the charge of the shipping label, nothing extra. This is to allow our store to continue providing excellent service and free shipping to our customers*.

For purchases made with our store, sales are final. If something has happened to your item, loss of package, or damages incurred during transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number. We are happy to work with you on orders placed within a 30 Day period from receipt of purchase. Sale/Clearance Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased as final sale or clearance pricing.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Our team will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your account will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
