We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will be entitled to charge you a handling charge of 30% of the total amount charged in respect of your order for the Product concerned. Any such handling charge will be payable on demand by us and if payment has been received for the Product concerned will be deducted from the refund of the price to be paid to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
