Returns TIEM will accept returns that have been sent back within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note - If you have installed an SPD cleat into your shoes, we can not accept a return for any reason, even if the cleat is subsequently removed.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@tiemathletic.com.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please complete the return process outlined above and indicate the replacement item you'd like when prompted during the return process.

Shipping By using our returns portal to obtain a shipping label, you can ship your return back for free if you are exchanging for a different size/color. If you are returning your shoes for a refund, there is a $5 charge for using the return shipping label we provide (deducted from the refunded amount of your return). You may also ship your return at your own cost if you wish (these costs will be non-refundable).
