Please note:While we do our best to meet all delivery expectations, carrier delays and high seasonal volumes may impact delivery times. Ordering early is the best way to guarantee your package arrives before the holidays!

Processing Times: Orders will be processed for shipment within 1-3 business days after purchase. Once processed and shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days depending on the shipping speed you selected. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Policies:

You will be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped and scanned in by the shipping carrier. However, some packages (DHL, USPS and Fed Ex) are shipped with insurance, and we are happy to help you file a claim.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once additional shipping costs have been paid for the new shipment. A lost package due to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

EXPRESS SHIPPING- Your order will ship within 1 business day. Orders placed before 9 AM EST on a business day---> day 0 = the day the order is placed. Business day 1 is the next business day. Orders placed after 9 AM EST do not count for the day the order was placed. Orders with express shipping services will deliver within 2-3 business days (e-excluding weekends and holidays). Please be advised that shipping timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed, especially during peak shipping seasons, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas.

We offer Premium Protection Insurance at checkout which covers lost, stolen and damaged packages. If you decline this coverage, you waive your protection in the instance that the shipping carrier does not assume liability and provide reimbursement for a lost, stolen or damaged package. All claims must be made within 7 days of which the item was received and or marked as delivered.

1. Right of WithdrawalYou have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.You do not need to give any reason for your decision to withdraw. However, you will lose your right of withdrawal if you have unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (see Section 5 for exceptions).

2. How to Exercise Your Right of WithdrawalTo exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires.You can do this by:• Completing the Model Withdrawal Form (see Section 6 below)• Sending an email to: support@baskandlatherco.com with the subject line "EU Return Request – Order #[ORDER NUMBER]" The withdrawal period is met if you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

3. Return of GoodsAfter notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.Goods must be returned in their original condition. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving your withdrawal notification, we will reimburse all payments we havereceived from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not the cost of express orpremium delivery if you chose it).We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the originaltransaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. 5. Exceptions to the Right of WithdrawalThe right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU):• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienereasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery• Goods which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery• Sealed audio/video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed afterdelivery• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where you have given your priorexpress consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period expires• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life• Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscription contracts)
