Shipping Rates

Orders shipped to the United States: Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Orders shipped to Canada, Mexico, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain totaling $59.99 or more: Free standard shipping.

Orders shipped to Canada, Mexico, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain totaling less than $59.99: A $6.99 standard shipping fee applies.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping, when available, may require an additional fee.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

Canada and Mexico: 5–10 business days after shipment via USPS international services

Germany, France, Italy, and Spain: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order sooner? USPS Priority Mail Express or another expedited shipping option may be available upon request.

Expedited shipping charges are not included in our free standard shipping offer.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. SKYFIRE is not responsible for packages that are lost, returned, or delayed because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact support@skyfireglobal.com . We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier and work toward an appropriate solution.

We want you to be satisfied with your SKYFIRE purchase. This Refund Policy

explains the requirements and process for returning an eligible unopened

product purchased directly from

skyfireglobal.com .

If your product has a quality defect, please review our

Warranty Policy .

Returns and refunds are separate from warranty replacement and repair coverage.

Return window: An eligible unopened product may be returned

within 7 calendar days after delivery. Contact SKYFIRE and obtain return

authorization before sending the product.

1. 7-Day Unopened Return Eligibility

A return is eligible only when all of the following requirements are met:

•The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days after the carrier marks the order as delivered.

•The product is new, unopened, unused, and has all original seals intact.

•The original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items are complete and undamaged.

•Valid proof of purchase from skyfireglobal.com, including the order number, is provided.

•SKYFIRE provides return authorization before the product is shipped back.

A product that has been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned

incomplete does not qualify under this unopened-return policy.

2. How to Request a Return

Include:

•Your order number and the product name

•The delivery date

•The reason for the return

•Clear photos showing the unopened product, original seals, packaging, and included items

Do not send a product before receiving authorization.

After reviewing the request, SKYFIRE will provide the correct return address

and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

3. Return Shipping and Costs

•For an eligible unopened return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

•We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until the refund is completed.

•The customer is responsible for the return package until it is delivered to the return address provided by SKYFIRE.

These customer-paid shipping terms do not apply when SKYFIRE shipped an

incorrect product or confirms a non-user-caused quality defect. Applicable

shipping support for a quality defect is handled under the

Warranty Policy .

4. Inspection and Refund Processing

After the returned product is delivered, SKYFIRE will inspect it to confirm

that it meets the eligibility requirements above. If the return is approved,

the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method within

5 business days after the inspection is completed.

Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10

business days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account. Original

shipping charges are not included in the refund, except when SKYFIRE shipped

an incorrect product or confirms a non-user-caused quality defect.

5. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you received the wrong product or the shipment arrived damaged, contact

SKYFIRE support before using or returning the product. Include your order

number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If a product has a confirmed, non-user-caused quality defect within 30 calendar

days after delivery, it may qualify for a free replacement under the

Warranty Policy .

6. Purchases From Other Retailers

This Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from

skyfireglobal.com. If you purchased a SKYFIRE product from Amazon, another

marketplace, an authorized retailer, or a distributor, the return and refund

policy of that original seller applies. Please contact that seller directly.
