Production Time: Most orders are produced within 5 to 8 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time: Shipping begins after your order has been produced. Transit time is separate from production time and will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Carrier: Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS. In some cases, we may use another carrier to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

International Orders: We proudly ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local customs processing, import regulations, duties, taxes, and other shipping requirements outside of our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import charges.

Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience if this happens.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make returns and exchanges quick and stress-free.

•When & How: You have 30 days from the shipping date to send items back. They must be unworn/unused and have the original tags and labels. Final sale items are non-refundable.

•Our Mistake? We’ll Fix It: If we sent the wrong item or there’s an issue with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping.

•Changed Your Mind? No problem—return shipping is on you. Use any carrier you like, but we recommend insured, trackable shipping. Please email your tracking number to orderdept@campuscustoms.com .

•Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. Refunds exclude original shipping costs and may take 2–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

•Exchanges: After we receive your exchange, we’ll email you tracking info as soon as your new item is on its way.
