CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
You may cancel your order by filling out this simple form following our Terms of Sale Cancellation Policy and Return Process .
If you are the original purchaser of a Happiest Baby product (with the exception of digital products, which are not eligible for return) and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. (Products other than SNOO, which has a 30-day trial, must be returned in original condition.) You can initiate a return by clicking here .
All products must be returned within original packaging.
When shipping for return, it’s very important to carefully pack your SNOO in the original box + inserts to better protect the product from damage during transport.
Return standard shipping is FREE for SNOO when it is sent back within the 30-day trial period. For returns on other products, your card will be charged a £5 .50 return shipping fee for each package.
