We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Returns sent back without first obtaining return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Approved returns include a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

A restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs. Any applicable fee will be disclosed during the return approval process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee. Please allow your financial institution several business days to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@aura.watch so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact help@aura.watch before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@aura.watch.
