Domestic shipping rules

Order processing time

All orders placed before 12:00 AM PST are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery. In the event of significant delays in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery time

All orders are shipped via USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that delivery times may occasionally be delayed.

Shipping confirmation and tracking number

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Do I have to pay tax?

Customers do not need to pay import duties, customs fees, or tax.

Damages

Skanto is responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us and we will help you.

Please keep all packaging and any damaged items before submitting a claim.

At Skanto we want to give you an excellent shopping experience. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you have, in accordance with the right of withdrawal law, a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

How to start a return

•Report your return within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service by email.

•Have your order number and information about the item ready.

•After registration you will receive a return label for a drop-off point near you, as well as detailed shipping instructions.

Return costs

Standard: For returns using our label we charge a fixed fee of 10 USD. The amount is deducted from the refund – you don't need to pay anything upfront.

Exception: In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

•There are no restocking fees.

Condition of the item

•The item must be returned unused, complete, and in its original packaging.

•Please include all accompanying accessories, instructions for use, and any free gifts.

Refund

•As soon as your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount (less the return fee of 10 USD where applicable) within 15 business days to the original payment method.

•You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the refund has been initiated.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact our customer service and state "exchange." The new item will be sent as soon as the return has been received.

Cancellation of order

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can request cancellation within five minutes of completing your purchase. After the five-minute cancellation window has expired, your order is sent for processing and can no longer be cancelled. You can then make use of your 14-day right of withdrawal after you have received the order.

Delivery not received

Our standard processing time is 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday), in addition to a standard delivery time of 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Should your order not have arrived after 10 business days, we will send you a replacement delivery free of charge.

Alternatively, you can return the item without our label, at your own cost and own shipping risk, using a carrier of your choice to our business address (see the website's footer/imprint). Please contact our customer service before shipping to confirm the current return address; unannounced returns may cause delays in processing.
