Order Processing Timelines

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

USA Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

(Outside USA) - International Shipping Rates and Customs Duties and Taxes

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All International Shipping outside the US maybe Subject to Custom Duties and Taxes. A lmost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country's government. Kindly refer your Country's Custom Duties / Tax Guidelines for more info.

We will ship Worldwide if your Country is not listed on our website kindly reach out to us at info@topcricketstore.com or text us on 732-2503598 and we will generate the Order for you.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at TopCricketStore -37 Meridian Road, Edison NJ 08820. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) . We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

In-store pickup hours

Our in-store pickup hours are from 6:30pm to 8:30pm Mon to Friday and 11am to 2pm Sat to Sun US EST. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@topcricketstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Eligibility for Returns:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

•To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

•You’ll also need the receipt email or proof of purchase. We always have your information in our records, so please don't worry if you can't locate your receipt. You can always ask.

Restocking Fee:

•A restocking fee of 15% of the product’s price will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned products.

•The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipping Fee:

•We offer a free returns option at checkout. Customers who opt in to this service will receive a prepaid return shipping label. All other customers are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label through our returns portal.

•For items that were shipped free of charge, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Cricket Bat Warranty

Damages and Issues

•Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

•Cricket Bat damages to the Toe / Shoulder blades / Edges are NOT covered under warranty by Bat manufacturers . Do not leave the bat in extreme heat and keep it protected at all times. Make sure you prepare the bat before any use with proper oiling, knocking, scuff sheet and toe guard.

Racquets Warranty

Duration: One-year manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects.

Covered - Cracked frames & Faulty grommets due to manufacturing defects.

Not Covered - Wear and tear, misuse, and improper handling, Damage from racket clashes, ground impacts, or non-badminton use, String breaks or improper stringing by unqualified stringers, Cosmetic issues like scratches, paint chips, or grip wear.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

•We cannot accept returns on cricket bats which haven't been knocked correctly before playing and which has your personalized laser engraving.

•For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on innerwear, including compressions, underwear, innerwear, socks, and other similar products.

•Additionally, customized or final sale items are non-returnable.

•There is absolutely N o returns on clearance items.

Exchanges

•Exchange request can be emailed us at info@topcricketstore.com or 732-250-3598.

•The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

•We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in a few days.

•Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

•If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@topcricketstore.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@topcricketstore.com .

European Union 7 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days of receiving the order. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
