Thank you for purchasing SIRUI products! SIRUI will provide free warranty service if the product fails due to poor materials and workmanship under normal use. If warranty service is required, please provide the warranty card along with the proof of purchase (order number, receipt or invoice, which should be stamped by the seller).

You can request Return & Refund Service:

√ To receive a full refund, your item must have been unused within 30 calendar days of receipt and be in the same condition as it was received. If the packaging has been opened, you will be charged a packaging fee and a depreciation fee. Returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. √ We accept returns for non-manufacturing defects in the US and EU countries, other countries do not accept. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@sirui.com for return instructions and ship the new, unopened product with your information to our return address

Acceptance of return

Upon receipt of your return to our warehouses, we will check the condition of the product and confirm the possibility of accepting the return.

Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded the value of the goods you purchased on the same credit card (payment method) used. The refund will be performed within 7 business days.
