Thank you for choosing Bicycle Warehouse. We are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

We ship orders from our distribution centers in San Diego, California and Reno, Nevada.

• Standard Items (Parts, Accessories, Apparel): Processed within 1–3 business days.

• Bikes & Large Equipment: Please allow up to 6 business days for processing. This time is dedicated to our professional quality control inspection and specialized packaging to ensure your bike arrives in perfect condition.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery estimates begin after the processing time mentioned above. Large items like bicycles may be shipped via specialized freight carriers depending on the destination.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. By shipping from both Southern California and Northern Nevada, we aim to reduce transit times for our West Coast and National customers.

5. Damages & Shipping Insurance

Bicycle Warehouse takes great care in packing your orders, especially bicycles. However, if you receive your order damaged:

1. Note the damage with the carrier immediately upon delivery if possible.

2. Take photos of the packaging and the product.

3. Contact us at info@bicyclewarehouse.com within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery hub. If the package is still missing, contact our support team at info@bicyclewarehouse.com

If you're looking to make a return breathe easy. We offer quick and easy returns and your purchase can be refunded within 30 days* of delivery or purchase in store. Bikes: Return within 14 days or 14 miles (for e-bikes) - whichever comes first.

The return period begins on the date of delivery (for online orders) or pickup for in store orders.

How to Return

•Click the button below to print out a return label, a new tab will open.

•Enter your order number & e-mail address.

•Package your return and include the printed order information inside (so we know who you are and the reason for the return).

•Once we receive your returned items it will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive a refund when the return has been processed.

Please note: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label ($10 to be deducted from final refund amount). This fee does not apply to defective or incorrect orders.

•Products must be in new condition, with all original packaging, labels, and with all manuals and accessories included. Items returned damaged, used, or without packaging are subject to a restocking fee or a partial refund based on the market value of the returned product. Please note that items deemed unsellable due to excessive wear, damage, or poor condition may not be eligible for any refund.

•Bikes may be returned within 14 days of your order. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to the refunded amount. E-bikes odometer must read under 10 miles. Return shipping of bikes is the responsibility of the guest. If there you have any issues with your bike purchase please contact us immediately. You can reach us at 858-943-4229 or via chat.

•Gear may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

•No returns on in store special orders.

•No returns on e‑bike batteries and chargers are non‑returnable due to safety regulations and the nature of these products. If you have any questions or need help selecting the correct battery, our team is happy to guide you.

•All refunds require a receipt. Please include a copy of your order form inside of the return package so we know who to refund.

•Please do not place return postage directly on the product box. Shoe and helmet boxes must be shipped inside of a shipping box.

•Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.

•Return shipping of bikes and other oversized items (auto racks, wheels, repair stands, etc.) is the responsibility of the guest.

•Shipping, assembly & package insurance fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept items after they have been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.

Returning Online Orders in Store

Online orders cannot be refunded at any of our retail stores . The order can be dropped off at any store and will then get forwarded (at no charge) to the returns warehouse for processing.
