ENO ships to the United States as well as the American territories and military addresses. For information on international shipments, please visit International Shipping. All packages are shipped from western North Carolina. Please refer to the UPS map below for estimated UPS transit time.Due to policy changes related to online sales, all orders may be subject to sales tax. ENO offers free shipping for orders over $49 with the exception of the ENOPod, SoloPod, SoloPod XL, SkyPod, and SuperNest Hammock. ENO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. As UPS does not require a signature, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.

Transit Times & Shipping Options

Standard Shipping – 2-7 business day transit, ENO will use UPS or USPS at our discretion.UPS Ground – 2-6 business day transit, delivers Monday through Friday.UPS SurePost – 2-7 business day transit, delivers Monday through Saturday. Allows delivery to PO Boxes!UPS 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed 2 business day transit, delivers Monday through Friday. To receive product for the weekend, orders must be placed by Wednesday at 2pm EST for a Friday delivery.UPS Next Day Air – Guaranteed 1 business day transit, delivers Monday through Friday. To receive product for the weekend, orders must be placed by Thursday at 2pm EST for a Friday delivery.USPS Priority – 2-5 business day transit, delivers Monday through Friday. Available to Alaska, Hawaii, American territories and military addresses.We will make every effort to ship orders same day if the order is placed by 2:00 pm EST. Orders placed Fridays after 2:00 pm EST will ship the following Monday. Expedited orders placed after 2.00 pm EST will ship the following business day. Day of processing and UPS pickup does not count towards days of transit.

United Parcel Service

Our primary shipping provider is the United Parcel Service (UPS). Expedited shipping services are available and include next day and two day delivery. These options are available at checkout and pricing will be calculated based on location and weight. ENO does not determine shipping costs. Saturday delivery is not available. UPS is closed weekends and major holidays.Tracking information will be emailed to the email address on file at the time the order is processed. Please check all spam mail folders as this email is sometimes filtered. If you do not receive this information within 72hrs, please email mail@enonation.com.

Warranties, Refunds, Repairs and Exchanges

Warranty Policy

ENO warrants our product to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. If purchased through an authorized retailer, you may wish to first attempt return/exchange through the retailer though all warranty issues accompanied by as much purchase information available are eligible to be evaluated for possible repair or a onetime replacement.Each warranty item is processed individually once the warranty form (below) has been filled out. Please allow 2-3 business days for response once the application is submitted. Do not ship product prior to application response. ENO will not pay for inbound shipping unless there was an error on our part. We highly encourage retaining all tracking information from your chosen carrier as we are not responsible for lost inbound shipments. ENO will not exchange or replace items purchased through unauthorized or closeout retailers e.g. eBay sellers, Craigslist, Sierra Trading Post, Amazon Treasure Truck or REI Garage Sale.

ENO will not issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased through our sale section.

PLEASE NOTE This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

UV damage (discoloration and brittleness causes tearing)

Elemental/accidental damage (wind, burns, animal bites)

Improper care or use (hanging over 18″, jumping, swinging)

Normal wear and tear

Return for Replacement

ENO will replace product due to manufacturing defects. Once the warranty application is approved, we will issue an RMA number for your warranty shipment.

ENO will only refund product purchased directly through www.enonation.com. Product must be returned unused within three weeks of purchase. Returned product, once evaluated, will be refunded for the original amount less shipping costs. Once the warranty application is approved, we will issue an RMA number for your warranty shipment.

Return for Repair

ENO is happy to repair product when possible! No proof of purchase is necessary and all repairs are free of charge. If product is not reparable, ENO will evaluate the product for possible replacement. Common repairs include cord replacement and knot re-ties, cord lock replacing, compression strap re-stitching and stuff sack re-stitching. Once the warranty application is approved, we will issue an RMA number for your warranty shipment. Stitching repairs are on a severe delay due to Covid-19 closures and cannot be addressed until mid-May.

Please note that large tears (2″ or more) cannot be repaired but may be eligible for replacement. Small tears or burn holes (2″ or less) should be repaired at home with our Hammock Repair Kit .

Return for Exchange

ENO is happy to exchange product for an alternate color or style. Product must be returned unused, resalable and including hang tags within three weeks of purchase. Returned product, once evaluated, will be credited for an alternate style or color. Once the warranty application is approved, we will issue an RMA number for your warranty shipment. Exchanges are on a severe delay due to Covid-19 closures and cannot be addressed until mid-May.
