We do try very hard to ship all our products quickly. In most cases items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. In some situations or during peak periods it may take 2 -3 business days to ship.

Australia:

We deliver to most destinations across Australia within 1 to 8 days. All orders are typically delivered quickly, however, at certain times, problems out of our control can occur which may cause delays in delivery. We apologise in advance if this happens.

Free Shipping Items:

Items that include free shipping such as particular grow lights, grow tents and clothing may take slightly longer to process and dispatch. Usually we get 90% of orders with free shipping dispatched within 24 hours however sometimes it can take 48 hours. With this being said please expect 4-12 working days for items that include free shipping to be delivered.

International:

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The costs vary depending on the dimensions and weight of the products and the location the parcel is being shipped too.

Incorrect or damaged items:

Every item is checked and packaged with care. If, however, your order has reached you in an unsatisfactory or faulty condition please contact us promptly to discuss your concerns. We will gladly work with you to get a replacement sent out or lodge a warranty claim if required.

Returns:

We hope that you're happy with your purchase from The Hippie House. We are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and exceptional service.

If for some reason you are not happy with the item you received or have changed your mind, we will accept back any item that is still in its original unopened packaging within 30 days of you receiving the shipment.

We do not charge any restocking fee's like other companies when an item is returned.

Warranty Claims:

Warranty claims are subject to the proper use and care, in accordance with the instruction manual's accompanied with each product.

Warranty claims can be facilitated by The Hippie House with the respective manufacturer/s. Goods may be credited, replaced or repaired with or without additional charges depending on the manufacturer.

Warranty will not apply in the event of damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. In these instances, issues should be sorted directly with the respective manufacturer/s.
