Shipping Policy for GradedGuard Store

Thank you for shopping at GradedGuard! Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping on GradedGuard-branded Products: All GradedGuard-branded products are eligible for free domestic shipping on orders over $50. For orders below $50, a flat fee of $7 will be applied. Free shipping is only available for gradedguard.com orders and does not apply to Limited Edition orders placed through third-party partners such as EQL.

Third-Party Products: For products sourced from third-party vendors such as Phantom Display, etc., carrier rates will apply. Please note that shipping fees for these items may vary and will be calculated during the checkout process.

Combined Shipping: Limited Edition releases are not eligible for combined shipping. All Limited Edition release orders will be shipped separately with individual tracking information.

International Shipping

Fast and Reliable Shipping: We strive to ship all international orders using the quickest and most reliable methods available. Carrier rates will apply, and shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

Customs Fees: Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may be applicable to international shipments. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions regarding customs fees or need assistance, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order.

Important Note: International shipping times may vary due to customs procedures and local postal services. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to sender due to address issues, we will reship if the customer reaches out with new address information prior to the package's arrival at the GradedGuard facility. If the customer has not reached out with address information, a refund will be issued for the order minus any shipping charges.

If a package is refused and returned to sender, the customer will be refunded the order amount minus shipping fees and return shipping fees issued by the carrier.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Limited Edition products are not eligible for return or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from gradedguard.com. To start a return, log into your customer account and select the relevant order.If your return is accepted as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the final return amount of $6.00. If shipping was initially paid on the order, it is not subject to refund. Limited Warranty: Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage to packaging does not qualify under the warranty.

There is a 30 day limited warranty on all GradedGuard brand products against manufacturer defect or breakage/product failure due to manufacturer defect during proper use. GradedGuard cases must be installed per installation instructions and fitted on an appropriate slab (i.e., standard GradedGuard PSA case installed on a standard PSA slab) for warranty coverage. GradedGuard is not responsible for damage to slabs or cases as a result of improper use, or installation or installation on a non-compatible slab.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, Limited Edition, or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refused Delivery: International OrdersIf delivery is refused on an international order, the package is generally sent to a facility for disposal and is not returned to GradedGuard. No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries or when a customer refuses to pay duties/taxes to receive the order.

Returned to Sender: Domestic OrdersIf your order is returned to us without prior notice due to an issue with the shipping address, you will be refunded your order amount minus any paid shipping fees. These orders are not subject to reshipping.
