All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Singapore, the United States or the United Kingdom. Orders will typically be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. This means your order will be packed and sent out from our warehouse within this timeframe, unless we face a sudden large influx of orders (e.g. during sales). Please note that this does not include the additional time required for your order to arrive and be delivered to you. Delivery times vary based on your location and possible delays during peak seasons.

Domestic (Singapore)

Regular Shipping. Orders within Singapore are sent via DHL Domestic Express and take 1-2 business days to be delivered. Free shipping for Singapore orders above US$50, and a US$5 shipping fee for orders below US$50.

Same Day Delivery. We also offer the option of Grab Express for same day delivery on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays), if your order is placed before 3pm. Upon placing your order with Grab Express, please email us at support@delugs.com with your preferred delivery timing.

Self Pick-Up. You may opt for order pick-up during the checkout process. Please bring a valid ID with you for verification purposes. If you need someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, kindly inform us in advance with their full name — they will also need to present a valid ID upon collection. Pick-ups are available Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 8pm, at our Flagship Boutique in Singapore (328 North Bridge Road, #02-35 Raffles Hotel Arcade, Singapore 188719).

International

We ship internationally from Singapore, the US or the UK via international express couriers. These will typically arrive at your destination within one week — sometimes even quicker than your own domestic delivery! We understand that courier shipping services can be expensive, so we subsidise part of the shipping cost depending on your order value.

Note: We only ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, as well as APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping to these countries is not available:

Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Ascension, Bovet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Pitcairn, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island, Western Sahara.

Duties, taxes and import charges

How duties and taxes are handled depends on where your order is going. Please check which of the three groups below applies to you before placing your order.

1. No import charges apply. Orders to these destinations are fulfilled from a local or regional warehouse, so there is nothing to pay on delivery and nothing is added at checkout:

United States — fulfilled from our US warehouse. Since 29 August 2025, Delugs absorbs all tariffs and duties on US orders, including the 10% US tariff and 4.5% duties on Delugs' products (including Alaska and Hawaii; excluding US territories). More details can be found here .

United Kingdom and the European Union — fulfilled from our United Kingdom warehouse. No customs clearance, duties or import charges apply.

Singapore — domestic delivery.

Hong Kong — a free port; no import duty applies.

2. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — collected at checkout. To reduce delays caused by customs inspections and to avoid unexpected fees on delivery, we collect pre-paid taxes and duties during checkout for orders to:

Canada, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Thailand, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.

If your destination is listed here, the amount collected is shown as a separate line at checkout, and you should not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

3. DAP (Delivered At Place) — payable on delivery. For all other countries and regions , you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes and customs fees when the package arrives in your country. These charges are collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of your local customs office, and are not collected by us at checkout.

Please note in particular that Norway and Iceland are DAP destinations. Orders to Norway and Iceland ship from Singapore, and local VAT plus any applicable duties and carrier handling fees will be collected from you on delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be incurred on an order. Customers who wish to return their orders due to customs and taxes will need to pay any additional shipping cost that may be incurred.

Shipping Costs

Note: Due to volatile oil prices, shipping prices can increase drastically. We reserve the right to withhold shipment or to charge additional shipping cost if the shipping cost to your location is too prohibitive. We hope to seek your understanding on this.

Here at Delugs, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Delugs products. If the product you receive is defective or damaged in any way, or you just have buyers remorse, do not hesitate to contact us at support@delugs.com .

Order Acceptance

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel your order after your have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount in the original currency charged.

In the event that we confirm your order but subsequently learn that it cannot supply the ordered product for any reason whatsoever, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Warranty

We offer lifetime warranty on all our products. We stand behind the quality of our products.

What do we cover? Everything less accidental damage or general wear & tear. If you face an issue with your Delugs product, just get in touch with us and we will get you sorted out.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Firstly, if there is any defects or issues regarding the product due to our mistake, the product will be eligible for any return/refund/exchange within 14 days of order delivery and we will cover the return shipping fee (up to US$25 for international orders, and US$4 for local SG orders), regardless if its a ready stock or custom made strap.

Assuming that the order was correct and without any defects, our returns, refunds and exchange policy differs depending on the type of strap ordered. We are able to provide DHL return waybill at charge, vary depending on the shipper's location.

Ready Stock Straps & Accessories

Ready stock straps and watch accessories in unused condition (no bending/crease, buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole) can be returned for a full refund (less shipping fees) within 14 days of order delivery.

If the strap is already worn, we will have to charge a restocking fee of up to 70% of the strap price, depending on the specific condition of the strap, as the strap is no longer in new condition and we are unable to sell the strap as new.

Rubber Cut-to-Size (“CTS”) straps should not have been cut or bear any visible signs of wear or use, and should be returned together as a set of 3 strap ends, with the original clasp and two spring bars.

Custom Made Straps

Custom made straps that are in unused condition (no bending/crease, buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole) can be returned for a 80% refund (less shipping fees) within 14 days of order delivery. The 20% restocking fee for an unused strap is charged because we are unable to re-sell your strap at the original retail price, as it was custom made to your specifications. The restocking fee will still be charged if you wish to cancel your custom order before the strap is shipped, if the strap is already in production (we will usually start within 1 week of placing your custom order).

If the strap is already worn and not in unused condition, we will have to charge a restocking fee of up to 70% of the strap price, depending on the specific condition of the strap, as the strap is no longer in new condition and we are unable to sell the strap as new.

Other Details

•All return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return was initiated due to our mistake.

•Upon sending your item back, please allow 7-14 business days from the time you ship your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

•Include your order number in the package to allow us to track and attribute the package accordingly. If your order number is not included in the package, your refund will be delayed and we may reduce the refund amount by up to $10, for the administrative work needed to trace back the refund.

•Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

Returns Process

•Ensure that the strap is 100% unworn (no bending or creases on the leather, buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole).

•Email us at support@delugs.com with the following template (replace the text as necessary): Hi there, I would like to return my <name of strap> strap from order <#order number> because <reason for return>. I certify that the strap is 100% unworn (no bending or creases on the leather, buckle tongue was not fitted through the strap hole), and I understand that I will not be refunded the original shipping fees. Thank you.

•We will reply to your email with the return address. You may send the strap back via any courier or postal service. Do ensure that you note down your order number inside the package to ensure timely processing of the return.

•Once we receive your strap, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost and any restocking fees (if applicable, for custom straps).

•If you wish to exchange for another strap, you will be refunded for the original strap after we receive it, and you can place a separate order for the correct strap. You may choose to place a separate order for the correct strap even before we receive your returned strap.
