We want you to feel confident bringing Pom products into your home. If something isn’t the right fit, we’ll gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below:

Return Conditions

All returns must be sent back in their original sealed packaging.

Returned items must be in unused, in a resalable condition with all parts, accessories, and labels included.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our team at returns@getpom.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide instructions and a return label if applicable.

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer. These fees reflect carrier charges as well as the handling and processing of returned goods at our warehouse.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you discover a manufacturing defect in your Pom product within 1 year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Warranty Coverage

Covers defects in materials or workmanship.

Does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at support@getpom.com with your subject line 'Warranty Claim [order number]', a description of the issue, and photos if possible. Our team will review your claim and provide next steps.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@getpom.com. Orders can be cancelled during the processing stage.

If a tracking number has already been issued, the order has shipped and cannot be cancelled. You may still return your items in line with our return policy above.

Promotional Price Guarantee

We’re happy to honor promotional pricing if your order meets the following:

The product was purchased directly from Pom.

The product goes on sale within 7 days of your order date.

The product is in stock and available at the lower price.

If these conditions are met, we’ll refund the price difference to your original payment method. Just email us with your order number.

Products Purchased Elsewhere

If you purchased Pom products through another retailer (such as Amazon or Babylist), please work with them directly in line with their return policy.
