FREE SHIPPING

Orders $149 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that this does not expedite the processing time for your order, it only determines the shipping method used.

Eligible orders will be shipped via standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping rates are based on your location. We currently ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your shipping address.

Please note that custom orders or items requiring alterations may need an additional 1–2 business days of processing time. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you regarding any shipping delays.

If you choose the local pickup option, please wait until we notify you that your order is ready before coming to the store.

Friday • 9:00 AM for both Lakewood & Brooklyn

At Myself Lingerie, we stand proudly behind the quality and fit of every product we sell. To ensure the longevity of your garments, we recommend reading and following the care label instructions on each item.

RETURN WINDOW We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of purchase .

Returned items must be received at our designated return location within 7 days of return authorization approval in order for a refund to be processed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in brand new condition , unworn , unwashed , and with all original tags attached .

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Web orders require a Return Authorization (RA) before being shipped back. Web orders cannot be returned to our store locations .

Returns that bring your order total below $149 will be charged a $9 fee to cover the original free shipping cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

ORDER ISSUES OR DAMAGES All order discrepancies or damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your shipment . Reports made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer exchanges . If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
