📦 Shipping Policy

We’re so excited for you to receive your Confetti order! Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your goodies will ship:

⏱ Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

🚚 Delivery & Tracking

We ship via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.If you received free shipping at checkout, please note that your order will be shipped via the most economical service available. This may include longer transit times depending on your location.

Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. We recommend using your tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

📬 If You’re Searching for a Package:

Check your tracking email first—it has the latest info!

Look around your porch, mailbox, garage, or with neighbors—carriers often get creative.

Heads up! Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a day early. If you don’t see it right away, give it one extra day—it usually shows up!

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t panic! It’s likely still in transit. Carriers sometimes don’t scan packages at every stop. In many cases, the next update is when it’s already out for delivery or close to arrival.

Still missing? Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Double-check the shipping address entered at checkout to make sure it’s accurate.

🔁 Returned Packages Due to Address Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address entered at checkout, we’ll contact you via email.You’ll have the option to:

Reship the package (additional shipping charges will apply), or

Receive a refund for the item(s), minus the original shipping cost.

We want you to love what you bought—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

✨ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives looking a little worse for wear, we’ll happily replace it! Just send us an email at hello@confettigiftandparty.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.

🔁 Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging

To start a return, log into your account or email us for help.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If you use our return portal, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items

Seasonal or holiday merchandise after December 10th

Perishable goods

Custom or personalized products

Confetti Gift & Party gift wrap

Gift cards

Holiday Note: Holiday items must be returned and received by December 15th to be eligible for a refund.
