Terms of delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address stated when placing the order. The ordered goods will be delivered on a weekday, Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the goods after delivery. If you wish to complain about any defects or deficiencies, please inform our customer service.

Free shipping:

When ordering goods outside of Denmark for 150 EUR you will receive free shipping.

Handling fee:

If you purchase for an amount less than 150 EUR outside of Denmark, we have a handling fee of delivering to your home or business address of.

Delivery to your business address / workplace:

For delivery to your business address/home, there must be someone to receive your package from Monday to Friday from 8.00-16.00. Otherwise the package will be returned to GLS and you will have to contact GLS for a new delivery agreement.

Delivery time:

You may expect extra delivery time during holidays and feasts. Your order will be delivered within 1-7 working days. Hultquist Copenhagen will not be held responsible for any delay or failure from GLS etc.

Returns:When shopping online at hultquistcph.com, you as a customer have a 14-day full right of return.We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return items with us.That is why we offer return labels to customers outside of Denmark which can easily be printed and put on your return package.You can buy your return label at the links below:

The invoice or cash receipt must be enclosed with the order together with the order number, full name and telephone number. Upon return you pay your shipping costs yourself. The item can be sent to us by post as a letter or with GLS. You are responsible for the returned good until we receive it, therefore save your GLS receipt until we have returned your money. The product must be adequately packaged. Items damaged due to defective packaging are not accepted upon return. We do not receive items returned ufranco or on demand.

Once the item is received and approved by us, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. The same account you used to pay with. If you have obtained free shipping on your original order and you use your right of return, the respective shipping will be charged retrospectively if you have returned more than the value to obtain free shipping.

Refund:

Hultquist Copenhagen is not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. It should be noted that Hultquist Copenhagen will not refund customs and VAT for orders shipped to customers outside the EU, where the deliveries are refused by the customer or because the customer was not home to receive the delivery.

Sealed goods:

For hygienic reasons, several of our goods are sealed. Returns will not be accepted if the sealing is broken or damaged.

24 month warranty in accordance with the Purchasing Act:

All goods are covered by the Buying Act. That is, you as a customer at www.hultquistcph.com have a period of 24 months after the purchase, where you can complain about defects. You are entitled to a defective item repaired, exchanged or returned. It is of course dependent on the individual situation.

The claim must be justified. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance or general wear and tear. All jewellery is worn and affected by chemicals, perfumes, sweat, water, moisture, carbon monoxide, skin acids, etc., – Therefore take off your jewellery when you sleep, swim, sunbathe, practice sports, sweat, etc., and store them in your jewelry box for longer durability.

Complaints must be made as soon as possible after defects have been found on the product. Please contact our customer service at Email: info@hultquist.dk with photo of product or call customer service on phone: +45 26806949 and let us know the problem, before sending the product.

If the complaint is warranted, you can either get the item repaired or exchanged according to the circumstances – or you can get the money refunded – or possibly discount in price. The freight is also reimbursed in a reasonable amount against receipt.

We distinguish between production defects and wear and tear. In case of complaint we repair the jewellery or exchange to a new one (same style). When submitting a complaint, a valid receipt must always be displayed, without receipt, the jewellery will be ignored. Wear is not subject to warranty. Damage caused by improper use of the jewellery is not covered by the warranty. Jewellery that is surface-treated (gold plated) will eventually be worn. This means that the coating will wear off the more you use the jewellery. This is considered a wear and tear and is not covered by the complaint.
