Stelle offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. All returns have a flat rate fee of $6.99 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also do not accept returns or offer refunds on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to replace an item with a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and again to let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once it is issued.
