Return Eligibility:

Non-Returnable Items:

•Clearance, sale, and discounted items.

•Custom-made or personalized items.

•Gift cards.

Return Process:

•To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

•Our customer service team will review your return request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

•You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

•Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. If the item(s) are eligible for return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Refunds:

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7-14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

•Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part.

Exchanges:

•If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
