REFUND POLICY

Product returns must be mailed back within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the Product. Product(s) must be unworn with tags on to receive a refund or exchange. US orders may be returned for free. Emilia George reserves the right to refuse any return if the merchandise doesn't meet our quality standard . For international orders, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, not including any shipping fees.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on purchases made through our online store, with one exception: items in the clothing category may be eligible for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered, clothing must be mailed back within seven (7) days of the date you receive your order. The item(s) must be unworn with all original tags attached to qualify for store credit or an exchange (please see our Final Sale Categories below, which are not eligible). Store credit is issued for the item price, less a flat return-shipping fee of $9.99.

At this time, we are unable to accept international returns. We are not responsible for any delays or duties imposed by customs in the recipient's country.

Emilia George reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the standards described in this policy.
