Our refund policy is 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

We will also be unable to offer refunds for orders which are delivered to the incorrect address due to the incorrect address and/or post code being input at time of order. If this happens, please call us ASAP on 01273 921689 within 15 minutes of your order being placed.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at cs@maturi.com of your intention to return your purchase. After approval from our Customer Service team, you will have 14 days to return your purchase, along with proof of purchase, to the following address -

The item(s) must be unused in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item. If you are shipping an item valued at £75 or over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Should you return an item without first notifying us or without proof of purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to be credited back to your account.

Partial Refunds (if applicable) There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted, if applicable.

These include (but are not limited to) - Book with obvious signs of use. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Exemptions Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
