Freight Deliveries (Oversized Items):Larger items (e.g., outdoor furniture sets, garden structures) may ship via freight. Our carrier will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. White-glove delivery may be available in select areas—contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

We ship select products internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on destination and item(s) in your cart.

Other Regions: Varies based on country and carrier availability

Duties & Taxes:International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Restrictions:Due to size or carrier limitations, some products may not be eligible for international shipping. If a product cannot be shipped to your country, it will be noted during checkout.

Order Tracking:All international orders come with tracking. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking to activate after dispatch.

Shipping Delays or Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or warehouse transfers. If there is a delay, we’ll notify you and provide updates as we receive them.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item is damaged or lost in transit, notify us within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We’ll work with our carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For returning a product, please contact us within 30 days from the day that you received your order. You will then have additional 15 days to have the product returned to us from the moment of its approval.

We will accept a return as long as all merchandise is in the original packaging and received back in the condition in which it shipped.

RMA number must be assigned, and we request tracking information in advance.

Refund for the order will be upon receipt of the item and not before.

Return policy does not apply to clearance items, special orders, custom orders.
