U.S. Return & Refund Policy

•After you order from us, we can accept order cancellations and exchanges until your order is processed, which typically takes about 48 hours. Once your order ships, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind because the cost of return shipping is too high. If your puzzle arrives incomplete, damaged, or lost in transit, we'll work with you to make it right.

•We stand behind every puzzle we ship. If you receive an incomplete or damaged puzzle, please email us at Info@MagicPuzzleCompany.com and a real person will work with you to get a resolution.

•Series bundles are pre-packaged SKUs in our system, and we cannot "swap out" puzzles from a bundle or trade one puzzle for another. You can always order any combination of puzzles you want from the store, but only pre-packaged bundles receive special pricing.

U.S. Shipping Policies

•All delivery times are estimates from the carrier — not guarantees. At checkout, Shopify is able to provide estimated shipping times from mail carriers like USPS and FedEx. These shipping times represent an average or best guess from the mail carrier. These are not a guaranteed delivery date. Once packages are sent out into the real world they can be delayed for many reasons including traffic, bad weather, holidays, and human error. Try as we might, Magic Puzzle Company does not control the mail. Once a package is sent out, we have no influence on how or when the mail carrier delivers it to you. For that reason we do not guarantee any estimated delivery date or issue refunds for packages that arrive after the estimated delivery date.

•Tracking information will be sent to you automatically as soon as your package ships.

•If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package seems lost in transit, email us at Info@MagicPuzzleCompany.com and we'll look into it with you. We handle these situations case-by-case, and in most cases we're able to get a replacement on its way.

•If a package goes missing after the carrier marks it as "delivered," we are generally not able to replace it, but we're happy to help you think through next steps with the carrier. Please make sure you are home to receive your delivery, or if you can't be there to receive your package, make alternate arrangements such as asking your local USPS office to hold for pickup.

Non-U.S. Return Policy

•All sales outside of the U.S. are final and we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

•All packages ship from our U.S. warehouse, and you are 100% responsible for any VAT, taxes, duties, customs fees, and other charges assessed by your country.

•It is the customer's responsibility to provide all required information when ordering and to work with their local customs office to receive the package. We are not able to work with your local customs office on your behalf. If you are placing an international order, please be confident that you can receive a package from the United States and are prepared to work with your local customs office to pay any fees and receive it.

•If you fail to pay required fees and the package is returned to us, the international shipping is non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

•Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
