UK to UAE Shipping

International Delivery: We are delighted to ship to the UAE from our UK store.

Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and typically take 5–10 working days to arrive, depending on customs clearance.

Customs & Duties: All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping fees.

Returns – UK & UAE Orders

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the following policy:

Notification Period: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. Once you have notified us, you then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Condition of Returns: All returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., candles that have been lit, bedding that has been used) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

ONLINE REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY; FOR THE ONLINE SHOP ONLY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

Unless faulty, please let us know that you’re unhappy with your purchase within 14 days of your dispatch date and return your item within this time. The item will be refunded up to 3-5 business days after being received.

Are there any products that can’t be returned? We can’t offer any refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on products which have been customised for you.

Storage Charges

We are a small business without warehousing so cannot offer any long term storage solutions. Project delays (over the projected target date set by the client and caused by trades or any third party outside of Lathams employ) will require further storage solutions, and be the responsibility of the client including any costs incurred. Any extra delivery arrangements will be charged for accordingly.
