Online orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Transit time varies by location. If local delivery or in-store pickup has been selected at checkout, but the item(s) need to be shipped, we will invoice you for a shipping fee of $5. The shipping fee must be paid before we are able to ship your order. Local deliveries will be made on business days, Monday - Friday, and between 24-48 after the order is placed. In-store pick up orders will be ready between 24-48 hours after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated.

Returns Returns will be accepted within a 30-day time period for a full refund minus a $5 shipping fee. Unfortunately, any returns received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Party supplies and any used or worn items cannot be returned. All sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. All custom orders (defined as an order for merchandise that is not in-stock) cannot be returned for any reason.

To complete your return, please contact us at info@yellowcanarybaby.com and we will send you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be written on the invoice mailed with the package. Place it inside the box and return the package to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yellowcanarybaby.com for further instructions. If the item you need is no longer available we will issue a refund as long as it meets the return eligibility requirements.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit when being sent back to us.
