Sensory Play Jar Set

When you place an order online or in-store for shipping, we aim to ship your order next business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We ship through USPS, UPS or Fedex and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after the order is shipped.

During peak holiday seasons, shipping companies may experience delays. Tracking updates may take 2-3 days to appear in their system. If you do not see movement on your package after a few days, please reach out to us for assistance.

In-Store Returns

To return an item, please provide the original receipt. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and all items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Sorry there are no refunds or exchanges on stuffed animals or sensory toys

Gift Returns

If you’re returning a gift, the item must have one of our gift receipts and must be dated within the last 30 days. Items must also be unopen, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.

You can return web orders at our store location. Please bring the packing slip from your order. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, and all items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds can be issued as store credit or back to the original form of payment.

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method minus the original shipping costs.
