Our warehouse team works Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders ship within 24 hours. During busy periods like sales and holidays, processing can take 1 to 5 days. You get an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Tracking The shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. You can follow your package the whole way to your door. Delivery estimates; United States: 6-9 days Canada: 7-14 days Australia: 6-10 days Norway: 5-12 Days Europe: 5-12 Days Rest of the World: 8-14 Days These are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Delays with the carrier happen occasionally, but they are rare. If your package has not moved in several days, contact us and we will chase it. No surprise fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No customs charges, no delivery fees, nothing added at your door.

If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, here's how we handle it:

ReshippingWe're happy to send your order out again to the corrected address. We ask you to cover the reshipping cost of $15. The first shipment was on us, but a second one caused by an address error is a real cost we can't absorb.

RefundIf you'd rather have a refund, we'll refund your order minus our actual outbound shipping costs. This applies even to orders that shipped with free shipping, since free shipping means we paid the carrier, not that shipping cost nothing.

If the delivery failed because of a mistake on our side or the carrier's side, none of this applies. We'll reship free of charge, no questions asked.

We know you’ll love this our products as much as we do. In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just return the products within 100 days and we’ll issue a full refundTo be eligible for a returnYour item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@ popular.lighting. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return slip, as well as instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you wish to return your products due to a change of mind or an error on your part, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping to our warehouse, including proper packaging.

If you have received the wrong products, broken items or if something from your order is missing, then a photo of the original shipping label is required before we cover the costs of the new shipment.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unclaimed ordersUnclaimed orders and packages left at pickup points will be charged with 30 euros
