$5 flat rate shipping is available for over 1,000 products on our website, and is based on the size and weight of the product. Order up to three smaller items, such as hearing aid clips , drying jars, hearing aid cases , and a large selection of our clinical supplies for our professional partners. With flat-rate shipping, your order may ship with UPS SurePost, or with USPS. No matter how your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you will always know the status of your order.

New low shipping rates are now available for our entire inventory - meaning you will not only find the best products at the best prices with ADCO, but you will also pay less to have them shipped! Below is a summary of our shipping charges for your reference.

ADCO now offers the capacity to upgrade to 2nd Day Air or Overnight Delivery:

•Only $15 additional for 2nd Day Air

•Only $30 additional for Overnight Delivery

We also ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii:

•Only $9 additional

Shipping Times:

We do our best to ship all orders the day they are received, up to 3pm MST. If your order is placed after 3pm MST, we will ship your order the following business day. Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, and you will receive an email copy of your order and the tracking information once your order has been shipped. PLEASE NOTE - if you place an order with expedited delivery (2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping) after 3pm MST on Friday, your order will not ship out until the following Monday.

International Orders

At this time, our website will not accept international orders. However, if you wish to have an order shipped to Canada, please contact us by calling 800-726-0851 and we will gladly assist you with your order over the phone.

Backorders

Merchandise that is out of stock will be backordered. We will contact you in the event of a backordered item on your order and will attempt to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Tracking Number and Delivery

We will process and ship all in-stock merchandise via UPS as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is located in Colorado, and depending on your location it may take up to 10 days for the delivery of your order (please refer to the UPS transit time map below). A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. If you do not have an email address and wish to know the status of your order, please feel free to contact us at 800-726-0851.

Damaged Merchandise

If any merchandise is received that has been damaged in shipping, please do the following:

•Keep all packaging material in the same condition as it is received. Claims cannot be made if packaging materials are missing.2. Report the damage immediately to the carrier ( UPS or USPS )3. Do not ship the package back to ADCO Hearing Products; wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.4. Call customer service at 800-726-0851 to report the damage so that we can process a replacement order.

Defective Merchandise

When merchandise is defective in some way, please call ADCO Customer Service at 800-726-0851 or 303-794-3928 for instructions on returning it for replacement. Replacements can be made only if the defective merchandise is returned to ADCO Hearing Products within 30 days of the original order. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

If you need to return a product:

You MUST obtain an Return Authorization number prior to sending your product back by calling our Customer Service team at 800-726-0851 or 303-794-3928.

Returns Policy:

•Returns must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase

•We will not accept items if they are not complete (including packaging, accessories, instruction booklet and all other items that were included in the original package)

•Items that are missing parts or have been damaged will not be accepted

•Hygiene items or any product that comes in contact with a hearing aid, Cochlear implant or other hearing device may not be returned. This includes all clinical supplies, hearing aid care items (including clips and cords) and ear care products (including hearing protection).

•Batteries (all sizes/styles) are final-sale - we do not accept returns of any battery

•Please note that international orders are not eligible for a refund on shipping charges

Please repack the merchandise carefully in a separate box or package (do not ship the item in the product packaging only, as it will be damaged in shipment and rejected). Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned and exchanged merchandise. Shipping charges are nonrefundable once your order has been shipped.

Warranties

All merchandise is sold with the manufacturer’s warranty and instructions for warranty accompany each product. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. Manufacturer’s warranties are provided for the customer. Merchandise that fails within the warranty period should be returned directly to the manufacturer with a copy of the receipt. Defective merchandise returned within the first 30 days of purchase will be exchanged with the same item.

If your product fails within the warranty period, but it outside of the 30-day return period, you may contact the manufacturer directly or you may contact us for assistance - our customer service team is always available.
