HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DO PARCELS TAKE TO ARRIVE?*

UK - All 3 to 5 working days

•Orders £100 or more (ex.VAT) - FREE

•Orders less than £100 (ex.VAT) - £3.95 (ex.VAT)

Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey

•All orders - £19.95

*Larger orders such as class sets, 3D Printers and Lazerboxes may take longer. When making a large order you will be contacted by one of our Creative Consultants who will provide further shipping information and ETA.

Includes full online tracking so you can monitor the parcels progress. This is not a signed for service, meaning if nobody is in it will be left in a "Safe Place" at your property. CreativeHUT is not responsible for parcels that get damaged, lost or stolen from a "Safe Place".

•Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT) between Monday – Friday will be processed the same day

•Orders placed after 12.00 (GMT) on a Friday, will be processed on Monday

•Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday

•Orders placed on a bank holiday weekend will be processed on Tuesday

•Within seasonal periods e.g Black Friday and Christmas the dispatch process may take longer

I might not be in when the parcel is delivered

You will be given the opportunity to rearrange delivery, have it dropped off with a neighbour or left in a safe place. Please email info@creative-hut if you are not provided with these options by a courier.

How will I know if my order has been accepted? All customers will receive e-mail confirmation of your order. How will I know when my order is dispatched? You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order is processed. My tracking number is not showing any information? Please allow at least 12 hours in the UK and 24 hours anywhere else for your tracking information to become live. My order has not arrived on time, can you help? We are very sorry about that. Give it 1 more working day, if it still has not arrived please refer to your tracking number to check the status of your parcel. After this please contact us and we will look into the matter further. We can't be held responsible for deliveries that are late, which on the odd occasion does happen unfortunately. What happens if I am out when you attempt delivery? As per normal the courier will attempt to deliver your parcel, if you are not in the parcel will then be taken to your local sorting office. If you know you will not be in when the delivery is likely to take place, we suggest you use our click & collect service. Please note that if the parcel is returned to us there will be additional postage costs to resend the parcel to you again. My product got lost and/ or damaged, what can you do? We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, as any mistakes cannot be rectified once the item has been dispatched. Can I cancel or amend my order? Unfortunately once your order has been placed and confirmed we are unable to amend or cancel your order. Please contact us to arrange returns & exchanges - click here . Will I have to pay any duties or taxes on my order? You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you are unsure of the charges please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@creative-hut.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@creative-hut.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
