All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within 5 miles radius of Hermosa Beach. For orders under $150, we charge $20 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9AM to 6PM on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1227 Hermosa Ave. Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are from 9AM to 6PM on weekdays . Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FORMA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@forma.la with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We hope you love everything you find at FORMA! However, if something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns & Exchanges

• In-store purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

• All apothecary, beauty, undergarments, sale items, and seasonal merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Online Orders

• Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• To start a return, please email us at info@forma.la with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as store credit.

• Store credit does not expire and can be used at either of our locations or online

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your items upon receipt. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll take care of it.
