If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Support .

Lost or stolen Packages

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “ Delivered ” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

After 4 business days, if your order is showing as " Delivered ” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Support for assistance.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Support to investigate.

International, Customs, and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Additional duties and taxes are due on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility to pay. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the eligibility requirements below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

•Unused and unplayed

•In its original condition

•In its original packaging

•In resellable condition

Items that have been opened, played with, reassembled, damaged, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return, even if returned within the 30-day return window.

Packaging

Items must be returned exactly as received, including all original packaging and protective materials.

Removal of shrink wrap, sealed packaging, or other protective packaging makes the item ineligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before using the item so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping charges are refunded only for confirmed defective items.

Return Shipping

•Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

•Returns must be authorized by Kubiya Games before being shipped. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements above, the return will not qualify for a refund. The item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Refunds

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

•Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

•Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that are unused, unopened, and meet all return eligibility requirements.
