Local Delivery + In-Store Pickup

We offer local delivery options as well as pickup for a majority of our items. Artwork as well as some large furniture pieces may not be eligible for in-store pickup.

Lead Times

Decor items are stocked and ship within 7-10 business days. Large item furniture such as lighting, furniture, rugs and art ship directly from the manufacturer to you and are made custom to each order. Each item and manufacturers have specific shipping lead times. Due to COVID-19 lead times are fluctuating and could take longer than normal. Once your order is placed we'll contact you within 48hrs to give you an approximate lead time.

White Glove Service

Please contact us to upgrade to White Glove Delivery. All orders are shipped to your door or designated delivery area if you would like to inquire about the white glove service please email us at hello@shopcurato.com. White glove service is available in most areas and includes unpacking, minor assembly and garbage removal.

Stock

We try our best to feature in stock items on our website but due to high demand products can sell out. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated stock date.

In-Store Returns

You may return the item in its original condition and packaging for a refund or store credit within 7 days of purchasing. This excludes large furniture and art. All sale items are final sale.

Exchanges are only available for in-store shopping.

Sales are final on all pierced earrings, swimwear, hats, gift cards and sale and promotional items.

Online Returns

If your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns within 7 days for refund or store credit. Just ship back the item within the 7 days of receipt and forward the tracking number via email to hello@shopcurato.com. After 7 days we are unable to accept returns.

Please note that large furniture and art is final sale or upon the discretion of the Curato team and a restocking fee of up to 20% could apply.

All sale items are final sale.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please email your tracking number to hello@shopcurato.com so we know to look out for it.

Manufacturer Defect and Damaged Items

We inspect all items before they are shipped out. If any item(s) break, please keep original packaging and product. Take a picture and send to hello@shopcurato.com with your name, tracking number and contact information.

Defects and damages are subject to inspection and approval and need to be reported within the first 48hrs of receiving the item.
