U.S. Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier availability. Free standard shipping on orders when you spend $120.

International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier availability.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–20 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is with the carrier, it’s in their care. While we can’t control delivery speed, customs, or transit issues, we’re happy to assist with tracking updates or help you file a claim if needed.

In the rare case of a lost or damaged shipment, we’ll coordinate with the supplier to ensure a replacement or credit is issued as quickly as possible.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Start a Return

Email support@happyspoils.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive store credit or an approved exchange within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.We’ll prioritize your replacement or store credit right away.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card) unless otherwise approved.Cash refunds are not offered unless required by law or if a replacement item is unavailable.

International Orders

At this time, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange due to customs and shipping costs.If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
