Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order assuming your items are in stock and depending on any customizations. We ship directly from the Nomie warehouse in Thousand Oaks, California. Please allow USPS an additional 3-7 business days for delivery after we ship your order. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Once an order is picked up by the carrier we are no longer in control of transit times and we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages. Should a package go missing, please reach out to your local USPS, and provide them with your tracking information to file a claim.

For all international orders, we ship via DHL Express - rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. To choose DHL Express, please select this option as you check out online for best-in-class service.

Due to COVID -19 shipping carriers are experiencing extended delays. While we cannot control the delivery times once shipped from our department, we can assure you we will do our best to see all orders processed and picked up for delivery in the timeliest fashion.

Every piece of jewelry at Nomie goes through a thorough quality pre-shipping inspection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less original shipping fees. A return label will only be provided if items received are defective or damaged. Otherwise return shipping is at the customer s expense. All sale items are final. For hygiene purposes, earrings may not be returned for any reason.

All return items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition and the original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Nomie reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon receipt, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of items to be exchanged and shipped within 1-2 business days.
