HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Standard Shipping and Order Processing Charges are based on the product total of your order before any coupons or discounts are applied (items marked as freight delivery will incur additional shipping fees). Shipping charges will appear in your cart once you enter your shipping address.

FAST SHIPPING ON 350,000+ ITEMS

Just order by 3PM ET and receive your order in 1-3 business days. Qualifying products indicated at checkout as "Delivery in 1-3 business days."

For other items, you should receive you order in 3-5 business days.

We are unable to ship to P.O. addresses or private mailing locations.

Oversized and heavy products that require freight delivery are subject to an additional freight delivery fee that will be specified in the shopping cart.

SHIPPING DELIVERY AREA

At this time, we are only able to ship to the Continental U.S. only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses are excluded.

FREIGHT DELIVERY

Oversized/Heavy Items: Some of our larger and heavier items are delivered via Oversized Delivery or Standard Truck Delivery. Shipping charges will apply based on the weight/size of the item. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Heavier orders or items that cannot ship via Ground due to their weight and/or size ship via a Freight Line Service. Please allow 3-10 business days for freight deliveries.

If an order will be delivered via a common carrier or freight service, you will be contacted to arrange a window of time for delivery. Orders shipped via freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside. The freight company will typically assess additional fees for any delivery beyond normal curbside delivery and will contact you directly with any additional charges. Our fees do not include any delivery service beyond curbside - customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred for any extra services. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries. Should the carrier be unable to reach the customer, merchandise will be returned to the warehouse and the customer will be responsible for all fees from the freight carrier in addition to the standard 15% restocking fee.

Hazardous and Other Items: Hazmat items may also incur freight delivery fees to ship these items. Due to federal and state shipping regulations, some items cannot be shipped via plane. These items can only be shipped using the standard Ground delivery service.

MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum order at ReStockIt.com.

Here you will be able to view all information, including tracking numbers on all orders.If you checked out as a guest, you may contact Customer Service at 1-800-680-0859 to get tracking information or refer to the email you receive with tracking updates a few days after your order is placed.

30 Day Return Policy

Should any item you've purchased not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return the item for a refund of the product total less a 15% re-inventory fee within 30 days of shipment. Not all items are covered by our return policy. Be sure to check the list of items below for which we cannot accept returns due to manufacturer policies. Should you receive a damaged or inoperable item, or the wrong item was shipped to you, we will promptly send out a replacement while we arrange to have the item returned to us. Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number and further shipping instructions. Please note that shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs to return the item(s) to us.

ReStockIt.com is not responsible for the reshipment of any order that shows signed for upon delivery. Please inspect all packages at time of delivery to check for any obvious signs of damage.

Return Process

Returning an item is simple. Contact our Customer Service department via email or call us toll-free at (800) 680-0859 and one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives will take care of everything for you.

Returns must be unopened or in new condition with original packaging (this includes all components, manuals, accessories, etc.) we will be happy to process an exchange or refund.

IMPORTANT: You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and Return Address. We are unable to accept unauthorized returns, so please be sure to contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning any items to us.

1. Email our Customer Service Department at Customer Service or call 1-800-680-0859 between 8:30 am and 5pm EST.

2. You will need to provide our Customer Service Representative with the following information:

•Name

•Company Name

•Order Number

•Item number of item(s) to be returned

•Condition of items to be returned

•Reason for Return Request

3. Clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the shipping label of your return package. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX ITSELF OR THE MANUFACTURER MAY DENY THE RETURN.

4. Send your returned items to the address provided by our Customer Service Department.

•The goods associated with your Return Authorization must be post-dated within 10 business days of Return Authorization issuance.

•We strongly suggest the use of a shipping method that can track packages. You are responsible for properly insuring the item(s) being returned.

•Return credit is issued only for product total and does not include shipping and order processing charges.

•Return credit will only be issued to items returned in the same condition as sold, with original packaging, manuals, registration cards and accessories. Refund will be processed once the products have been received, inspected and tested.

•Return labels for defective or damaged items must be printed within 10 business days and are valid for 20 business days from date of customer receipt. If the return label is not used within the 20 day timeframe, the Return Authorization and associated refund will be canceled. You will be responsible for any costs related to the reshipment of merchandise

Receiving Your Refund

Credits are typically posted to your credit card within 15-20 days after we receive the returned merchandise. This allows for up to 5 days transit time for returns, up to 5 days of processing for our Returns Department and up to 10 days of processing by your financial institution. You can check the status of your return at any time by contacting one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives.
