ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You can expect an email shortly after your order to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING: Orders are packed and sent for shipping with our carriers in 1-3 business days after processing and are generally shipped with Canada Post or UPS.

The majority of available products are shipped together– if it is available for purchase– it is in stock! Orders are shipped from Ontario and may take additional time for delivery depending on your location.

A flat-rate shipping charge of $9.99 is applied to Canadian orders under $80 before tax (some restrictions may apply on larger items and your location).

Promotional offers and discount codes can generally be applied with the free shipping over $80 offer!

United States orders: Shipping is calculated based on package size/weight and location (duties may apply). However we are working towards a standard flat shipping rate!

TRACKING: Tracking will be updated and provided to you when you order is fulfilled (i.e. ready to ship). We are always more than happy to update you on your order status as well. Please contact customerservice@homeandwell.ca for any additional information or inquiries.

Some larger furniture items do require additional time for shipping and delivery (e.g, tables, chairs, patio furniture). These items may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on your location as *some larger items are shipped from a separate warehouse.

*Large furniture items that are able to ship and arrive sooner than the regular expected time-frame are specified under the product description.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please visit your customer account .To start a return, you may also contact us at customerservice@homeandwell.ca . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Eligible returns will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label that includes a 9.99 flat rate discounted rate. Please note, food items, supplements, personal care, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days of receiving the return. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@homeandwell.ca.

Clearance

All clearance items are final sale as shipping costs exceed the cost of the sales.
