We ship to Canada from our US warehouse and within the UK from our local UK warehouse.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@breathesans.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is in like-new condition with the manual, original box and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@breathesans.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We have a 30-day, risk-free return policy to give you complete peace of mind with your purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to love it or return it. We're confident you'll love it but continue reading for details on how to return Sans if you don't want to keep it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like-new condition and not damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, along with the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for replacement filters.To start a return, you can contact us at support@breathesans.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@breathesans.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
