Canyon Creative Studio accepts returns within 10 days of receipt.

To qualify, all items must be in original condition: unused, unaltered, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact info@canyoncreative.studio. Approved returns must be shipped to the address provided by our team. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Exchanges

To secure an alternative item, please complete a return for the original product. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
